Abelardo 'Larry' Delacruz, 76, of Brunswick, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.

Larry was born October 4, 1944 in the Philippines to Venancio and Cresilda Soriano Delacruz. Widowed, Cresilda raised Larry with his stepfather Antonio Estillore. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and retired from Brunswick Cellulose after 42 years of employment. Larry was an avid fan of all sports, but especially Atlanta Braves Baseball. He enjoyed playing BINGO, and playing with his grandchildren and great grandchild. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather & brother.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Shirley Delacruz, children, Tammy D. Tindall of Brunswick, Eduardo "Eddie" Delacruz (Melinda) of Suwanee, GA grandchildren; Brittney Chasteen (Jonathan), Julia Tindall, Avery Delacruz, and Elliott Delacruz, a great grandson, Mason Chasteen, brothers; Tony Estillore (Corazon) of the Philippines, Nick Estillore (Cely) of Texas, Flor Estillore (Glo) of the Philippines, a sister, Nori Estillore Bangasan (Romeo) of California, Larry's lifetime friend, Cheryl Zeigler, and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Bay Harbor Church of God, Brunswick GA.
