Alison McKelvy Scott, 54, of St. Simons Island, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Southeast Georgia Health System.

Services to celebrate Alison's life, will be on July 18th, 2024 at The Chapman Event Center 6045 Golden Isles Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525.

Alison was born January 21, 1970, in Buffalo, NY, to William and Joy Scott.  She was a Class of 1989 graduate of Glynn Academy.  Alison was an Educator at Burroughs-Mollette Elementary and later Needwood Middle School.  During her time of from school, she would spend her summers in her home state of New York, working with Adults with Special Needs.  She was a loving wife and mother, and loved her dog, Vinnie and cat, Felix.

Alison is survived by her husband of 15 years, Wally Snow, their son Seth, and a sister, Leslie Scott of New York.
