Ann Elizabeth Fussell Conner, 89, of Brunswick, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026, at Hospice of the Golden Isles.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 12, 2026, 11:00am, at Christian Renewal Church with Pastor Bill Ligon and Pastor Mark Linton officiating.  A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to service time at the church.  A private burial will follow the service, with Larry Williamson, Neal Jump, Robbie Jump. Al Stapleton, Dane Hutcheson, and Bill Cofer serving as active pallbearers.

Ann was born March 20, 1937, in Savannah, GA to Columbus David Fussell and Mary Rhodes Carr Fussell.  She was a Class of 1955 graduate of Commercial High School.  In 1962, Ann, her husband John, and their two daughters moved to Brunswick.  She was a member of Christian Renewal Church and the Ladies Bible Study.  Ann was a homemaker, who enjoyed painting and sewing, and bowling in her younger years.

Ann is survived by her husband of 70 years, John B. Conner, daughters, Sherry Conner and Kathy Conner, a granddaughter, Sandra Ann Murray, great grandchildren, Hannah Minchew, Kadence Raine Murray, and Mason Jackson Murry, and a great great grandson, Eli Carter.  She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings, and a great granddaughter, Savannah Ann Murray.
