Mr. Anthony 'Tony' DeWayne Carden,59, resident of Blythe Island in Brunswick, GA passed away Friday, August 25th 2023.

Tony is survived by two children, his son, Aaron Carden of Ardmore, AL and daughter, Elizabeth Carden of Deatsville, AL; siblings, Richard (Jennifer) Carden of Rainbow City, AL; 2 grandchildren, Remington Carden and Avianna Carden. He is preceded in death by his parents Douglas and Ruth Carden of Flomaton AL.

Tony graduated from Flomaton High School in 1982 and attended Reid State Technical College. Tony was employed by the Glynn County Sheriff's Department as the Facility Manager. He has been employed with Glynn County since 1988.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 5th at 3:00p.m. at Chapman Funeral Chapel in Brunswick, GA, visitation is scheduled from 1:00 – 3:00p.m. Graveside service will be held at Baggett's Chapel Cemetery in Repton, AL on Saturday, Sept. 9th at 11:00a.m.
