Betty Jewell Cawthorne, 63, of Brunswick, passed away May 5, 2025 at her residence.

Born August 16, 1961, in Fredericksburg, VA, to Leroy and Anna Jewell.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Roger Jewell and Dorsey Jewell, and a grandson, Oliver Reid Daniels.

Services to celebrate Betty's life, will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025, 11:00 am, at Bay Harbor Church of God with Rev. Jimmy Walden officiating.

Survivors include her siblings Marlena Cary and Danny Jewell (Dana), her children; Brandy Scott (Brian), Jamie Daniels (Joseph), Mary Gambrell (Lance), and Derrick Cawthorne, her grandchildren; Alexis Young (Kenneth), Brian K. Scott (Cel), Logan Scott, Nathan Daniels, Bryson Daniels, Abigail Daniels, Lanceton Gambrell and Grant Gambrell, Great grandchildren; Jaxon Young and Dylan Scott.
