Obituary

Camellia Arleen Mullis Goodbread Outland went to sleep and awoke in heaven on June 7th, 2023. Born in Waycross, Georgia on January 22nd, 1944 to Chester A. Mullis and Sarah Elizabeth Mullis, Camellia graduated Ware County High School and Perry Business School.

She was married to Walter Alvin Goodbread Sr from 1964 to 1983 and they had three children; Cammie, Walter and Jimmy Goodbread.

She married the love of her life, Charles R Outland in 1989 and is now survived by him.

Camellia is also survived by her sister, Dorothy Johnson (Eddy), Children: Camme Hope (Todd), Walter Goodbread (Lynda), Jimmy Goodbread (Patty), Grandchildren: Robbie Hope (Frannie), Megan Hope, Morgan Goodbread, Kayte Goodbread, Christopher Goodread, Ryan Goodbread, Cody Goodbread, Kristina Kolatski (Keith), Great Grandchildren: Collier Hope, Bryson Kolatski, Ryder Kolatski, Adalynn Kolatski

Deeply devoted to her family and friends alike, Camellia hosted Sunday night dinner every week at her home and enjoyed spending time sitting around the table surrounded by those she loved. Never far from her dachshund, Libby, Camellia found joy in sitting in her rocking chair on the front porch watching her grandchildren run and play through the years.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to American Cancer Society - Breast Cancer or Alzheimer's Association.

Services to celebrate Camellia's life will be held at Chapman Funeral Chapel, Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 10:00am.
