Charlene Lanier, 82, passed away Saturday February 10, 2024 at Southeast Georgia Health System of Brunswick.

There will be a Service to celebrate Charlene's life Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 10:00AM at Chapman Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Joeli Chance officiating.

Charlene was born February 2, 1942, in Warren, Michigan, to Delbert Leroy DeView and Madie Murlinda Glenn DeView.  She had lived in Brunswick since 1969, and enjoyed painting and crafting.

Survivors include her son, Walt Lanier (Shawn), of Wesley Chapel, FL, grandchildren, Brittany Lanier of Brunswick, Jarred Lanier of Tampa, Devin Lanier of Wesley Chapel, FL, a great granddaughter, Emilia Lanier of Brunswick, a brother, Ted DeView of Orlando, FL, sisters, Mary Rowe of Lake City, Fl, and Beverly DeView of Hawaii, several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers George DeView, Leroy DeView, and Richard DeView.
