Charlie E. Smallwood, 68, of Waverly, passed away July 29, 2023, at his residence.

Charlie was a hard worker and very talented artist.  He was the owner and operator of Plants Scapes Landscaping Co.

Charlie will be greatly missed by his son, Alexander E. Smallwood, grandson, Alexander E. Smallwood, II, beloved significant other, Carla Smallwood Pace, and a stepdaughter, Tracey Glass.

To celebrate Charlie's life, his family will hold a private gathering at a later date.
