Christopher 'Chris' Allen Renfroe, 56, of Brunswick, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at Southeast Georgia Health System of Brunswick.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Brunswick.

Chris was born October 28, 1969, in Macon, GA to Claude H. Renfroe Jr. and Brenda Tate Renfroe. Chris lived in Macon until 2003, when he married his beloved Diane 'Fay', and finally settled in Brunswick in 2009 where he would spend the remainder of his life. He was a man of faith, attending First Baptist Church of Brunswick regularly. He worked as a talented artist, mainly in graphite, but also restoring classic cars. He had a special love for muscle cars, science fiction, horror movies, and playing the drums. Chris had a heart of gold, and was a family man who adored his wife and daughter. He will be greatly missed.

His is survived by his loving wife Fay Diane Renfroe, daughter, Elizabeth Grace Renfroe, three brothers, Steve Renfroe, Keith Renfroe (Sherry), Branden Renfroe (Diana), sisters-in-law, Kerry Sparks, Jamie Bohannon (Freddie), wife's best friend & wife-in-law, Denise Sines, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, and his brother-in-law, Kevin Sparks.
