Christy Lloyd, 48, of Brunswick, passed away Sunday at Southeast Georgia Health System - Brunswick Campus.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2025, 1:00pm, at Chapman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bobby Tatum and Rev. Nathan Smith officiating.  The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 until service time.

Christy was a native and lifelong resident of Brunswick, born February 18, 1977, to Calvin Lee Branham and Margie Davis Branham.  She attended Brunswick High School and was a member of Golden Isles Church of God.  Christy was a Master Cosmetologist, apprenticing under Janet Ribron at Brunswick Barber & Style, and later worked with Jimmy Harper and Jimmy's Barber & Style.  She enjoyed shopping, cooking, baking and family get togethers.  Her world revolved around her two children and her grand-pups and adored her great nieces and great nephews.

Survivors include her children; Logan Marie Lloyd (Slade) and Baylee Lloyd (Jayden), all of Brunswick, her mother Margie Branham, of Townsend, a sister, Theresa Lane (Randy) of Midway, nieces and nephews; Rebecca Perry (Tony), Benjamin Rushing (Ansley), and Devon Campbell, great nieces and great nephews; Savanna, Rayleigh, Denley, Amelia, Abigail, Trent, Matthew, and Carson.  She was preceded in death by her daddy; Calvin Lee Branham, and grandparents; Ben & Peggy Cook, Albert & Lois Davis, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family has graciously requested memorial contributions to Chapman Funeral Chapel & Crematory.
