David James Schwartz, IV, of Hortense, passed away May 27, 2022, at UF Health in Jacksonville.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 1,2022 at 10:00 am, from the gravesite at Harrison-Whitaker Hill Cemetery.
David was born May 18, 1928, in Tarpon Springs, FL, to David James Schwartz, III, and Minnie Childers Schwartz.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Mary Harrison Schwartz, sons, David Schwartz (Kara) of Rochester, MN, Jacob Schwartz (Amber) of Moultrie, GA, and Jebidiah Schwartz (Ashley) of Hortense, GA, grandchildren, Vik Schwartz, Rose Mary Schwartz, Hayley Schwartz, Luke Schwartz, and Caroline Naylor.
