David Andrew Smith, 47, of Brunswick, passed away January 4, 2021, in Jacksonville, FL.

Funeral services will be announced.

David was born February 6, 1973, in Brunswick, to Larry and Eloise Henson Smith.  He had lived in Brunswick all of his life, and at a young age attended Altama Presbyterian Church, and later attended New Life Sanctuary.  David attended Brunswick High School and was a concrete contractor in the family concrete business.  He enjoyed fishing and making home-made wine, loved being a father and a grandfather,  He was a wonderful husband and father, and  proud follower of Christ, and was very proud of his prison ministry.

David is survived by his parents, Larry and Eloise Smith of Waverly, his wife Shawn Smith, daughters, Chelsea Bazemore (Lance), Carlee Branch (Kirk), and Charlee Rena Smith, all of Brunswick, sisters, Kammie Simpson of Waverly, Angie Stocks (Michael), of North Carolina, a brother, Timmy Smith Brunswick, grandchildren, Avah Bazemore, Ezrah Bazemore, and Kymber Branch, and several nieces and nephews.
