Donna Baker Gordon, 75, of Brunswick, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023, at Memorial Health University Hospital in Savannah.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 5:00 until 7:00pm at Chapman Funeral Chapel.

Donna was born April 3, 1947, in Lakehurst, New Jersey, to Lawrence Joseph Baker and Barbara Mae Larraine McNally Baker.  She had lived in Brunswick most of her life and was a 1965 graduate of Glynn Academy.  She attended Brunswick Junior College, receiving an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, and was former board member of the National Association of Secretaries.  She was the maintenance coordinator at Georgia Pacific, retiring in 2018.  Donna enjoyed to crochet, cross stitch, and make jewelry, and had been a member of the Ladies Bowling league at Bowl-A-Rena and had also been a volunteer with United Way.

Donna is survived by her children, Billy Gordon of North Carolina, Chris Gordon (Tammy LeDuc) of Hortense, Jennifer Gordon Child (Travis Whitley) of Hortense, brothers, Dr. Brett Bodamer (Debbie) of St. Simons Island, James Bodamer (Pam) of North Carolina, a sister, Laura East (Mike) of St. Simons Island, grandchildren, Kayla Ethriedge (D.J.) and Autumn Gordon, great grandchildren, Waylon & Wyatt Ethriedge, her furbaby, Brodie, and her best friend, Joyce DeLoach.  Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Paul Bodamer and Barbara Bodamer, brothers, Lawrence Baker, and Paul 'Bodie' Bodamer, Jr.
