Eddie Ray Guest, 70, of Brunswick, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024, at his residence.

A service to celebrate Eddie's life, will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024, 10:00am, from the gravesite at Palmetto Cemetery.

Eddie was born June 8, 1954, in Los Angeles, CA to Clarence Corbin Guest and Nettie Pearl Kern Guest.  He had lived in Brunswick all of his life, and was of the Pentecostal Faith.  He attended Glynn Academy and was a self-employed shrimp fisherman.  He was a master mechanic that enjoyed working on Hot Rods and Drag cars, and fishing.

Eddie is survived by his children, John Thomas 'J.T.' Guest, and Brandon Guest, both of Brunswick, grandchildren, Bryson Guest, Jayden Guest, Mattox Guest, Jameer Lang, Zhyra Guest, Priya Guest, and J.T. Guest, Jr., great granddaughter, Ka'Ori Dior Guest, a brother, Clarence Harvey Guest, sisters, Charlene Wilder, Dorothy Barber, Diane Stokes, and Marie Edwards all of Brunswick, and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Ray Guest, brothers, Walter Guest, Leonard Franklin Guest, Larry Joseph Guest,  Arthur Lewis Guest, Ivey Adelbert Guest, and a sister, Deborah Guest.
