Emily Elizabeth Stewart, aged 44, passed away on November 4, 2024, in Brunswick, GA. Born on October 30, 1980, in Savannah, Georgia, Emily grew up surrounded by family, love, and laughter. She was a proud member of Wayne County High School's Class of 1999, forming lifelong friendships and bonds that endured over the years.

Emily dedicated herself to her family and community, working in various roles for different businesses. But more than any career or accolade, her greatest pride and joy was her son, Logan Joseph Oliver. Her life was a testament to her love for Logan, and he was the center of her world, bringing her endless happiness and fulfillment. She cherished each moment with him, creating lasting memories that he will carry with him always.

Emily was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Cornelius Joseph Casey, Jr., and Juanita Duggar Casey; her paternal grandparents, Nathaniel Johnson Stewart, Sr. and Jane Rogers Stewart; her beloved aunt, Judith Lynn Casey; and her uncle, Nathaniel Johnson Stewart, Jr, MD.

She leaves behind a family who will forever treasure her memory. Emily is survived by her son, Logan; her mother, Cynthia C. Stewart; her father, Stephen G. Stewart, Sr., and his wife, Pam; her sisters, Shanna Ramsey (Kyle), Casey Hanak (Matthew), and Samantha Mathis (Allen); and her brother, Stephen G. Stewart, Jr. She is also survived by her cherished nieces and nephews, Charlotte (Charly) Mathis, Robert (Bo) Mathis, G. Wyatt Ramsey, Hazel Ramsey, and Duncan Hanak. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides of the family.

A graveside service to honor Emily's life will be held on November 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, Georgia, followed by a gathering of friends and family at Carey Hilliard's Restaurant on Skidaway Ave. Emily will be remembered for her warm smile, compassionate spirit, and unwavering dedication to her loved ones. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hearth Hospice, in tribute to her caring nature and love for family.
