Eugene 'Gene' James Mosley, Jr., 69, of Brunswick, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023, at Hospice of the Golden Isles.

A gathering to celebrate Gene's life will be held Monday, January 30, 2023, at Chapman Funeral Chapel.  A private burial will be held at Palmetto Cemetery.

Gene was born January 5, 1954, in Brunswick, to Eugene James Mosley and Inez Sumner Mosley.  He enjoyed cooking, watching football, and listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd music.  He was a chef by trade, having worked at numerous restaurants throughout his life.

Survivors include his mother, Inez S. Littleton of Brunswick, children, Shayla D. Mosley of Jacksonville, FL, Christian Mosley (Amanda) of Harrisonburg, VA, sisters, Sherry D. Graham of Brunswick, Lynda M. Roydhouse (Tom) of Greensboro, GA, and a grandchild, Sam Mosley.
