Glenda  "Faye"  Small, 69, of Brunswick passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Hospice of The Golden Isles after an extended illness.

Born October  11, 1951 to Nell Rowell and Pearlie Tapley  in Alma, Faye has resided in South Georgia  her entire life. Faye was Baptist by faith and was an active member of  Calvary Baptist Church. She was  also a member of the Realtor Association, Boy Scouts of America, and the  Womens Club (winning "Family of The Year"). In her spare time, Faye spent many hours walking on wildlife managed land, where she photographed nature, even displaying her photos in local fairs where she won several awards.  She will be fondly remembered as having a gentle spirit and compassionate heart for animals, big and small, but her greatest joy was her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Terri Wood of Yulee, FL, Keith Small of Brunswick, three grandchildren Matthew Wood, Abigail Wood, and Aniliese Small, and several other relatives and loved ones.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Robert Howard Small, and her sister Linda Perry.

A visitation for will be held Tuesday, August 17, at 10:00am at Calvary Baptist Church of Brunswick, with the service following at 11. Reverend Don Spires will be officiating. Burial will take place at Halls Cemetery of Dry Creek Baptist Church- 244 Dry Creek Church Rd, Nicholls, GA 31554 at 3:00pm the same day.
