Obituary

Harold Andrew 'Donnie' Fraser, 79, of Brunswick, passed away early Saturday morning at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022, 3:00pm, at Chapman Funeral Chapel with Thomas Huey, Reed Slaughter, John Tyre, and Members of 3rd Step & Today Gatherings, serving as honorary pallbearers.  A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to service time.
Donnie was born January 20, 1943, in Brunswick to Harold & Mattie Fraser.  He was a graduate of Glynn Academy, and a welder at Georgia Pacific, retiring in September 2001.  Donnie enjoyed fishing and gardening, and loved playing softball.  He played on numerous teams throughout the years, well into his 60's, including various local and travel teams.  In his younger years, he coached little league baseball with the Glynn County Recreation Department.  Donnie was a friend of Bill for over 49 years.
Survivors include his wife, Teri Fraser, his sons, Andrew Fraser and Terry Fraser, a brother, Roy Fraser (Johnette), a niece, and several nephews.
