Horace Lee Godfrey's Obituary
Horace Lee Godfrey, 73, of Waynesville, passed away Aug. 6, 2020, at the local hospital.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, 11:00am, from the grave site at Highsmith Cemetery in Waynesville.
Horace is survived by his wife, Alice Faye Godfrey of Waynesville, children, Mark Andrew Godfrey (Isla), Margaret Ann Godfrey Tillman, Julie Marie Scott (Michael, Jr), all of Waynesville, Shawn Chadwick Lawrence (Amber) of Hoboken, a sister, Janice Gladden of Jacksonville, FL, 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, life-long friend, Bob Roberson several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Morris Godfrey and a sister, Doris Godfrey.
Horace was an electrician with Brunswick Pulp & Paper, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
