Jacqueline 'Jackie' Thompson, 94, of Hortense, passed away May 23, 2026, at Bayview Nursing and Rehab in Nahunta.

Funeral services will be held from the gravesite at Chapel Park Cemetery Saturday, May 30, 2026, 10:00am, with Pastor Raymond Willis officiating.

Jackie was born March 7, 1932, in Pennsylvania to Irving and Matha Bolvin Yingling.  Coming from Stow,Ohio, she moved to Waynesville, GA with her husband in 2001, and then to Hortense, Ga in 2018.  She loved her family and her little dog, Molly.

Survivors include her son, Richard M. Thompson (Kim) of Akron, Ohio, son in law, Fletcher Frame of Hortense, grandchildren, Angela Nabb (Billy) of Hortense, GA, Jason Frame (Jessica) of Bloomingdale, GA, Diane Donahue (James) of Hortense, GA, and Stephen Thompson (Maggie) of Cincinnati, Ohio, 3 great grandchildren, Johnathan Hall of Hortense, Emily Waters (Samuel) of Jesup, Grace Donahue of Hortense, 2 great great grandchildren, David & Anna Lynn Waters of Jesup, and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. Thompson, a daughter, Karen Frame, and 4 siblings.
