Jayson L. Lockwood, 22, of Jacksonville, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at Hospice of the Golden Isles.

A service to celebrate Jayson's life will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025, 2:00pm, at Lakeside Methodist Church with Pastor Don Combs officiating.

Jayson was born January 7, 2002, in Brunswick, and attended Brunswick High School.  Jayson had lived in Jacksonville for the past 5 years, and was a Hair Stylist at Ulta Beauty.

Survivors include his Life Companion, Larry Ford, father, Ryan W. Lockwood, mother, Katy A Lockwood, brother, Kaine Lockwood, grandmother, Michelle LeVine, all of Brunswick, grandfather, James Irby of Granville, TN, uncle, Bobby Lockwood (Aimee) of Jacksonville, aunts, Yetta Wilson of California, and Shanda Whitley of Brunswick, cousins, Chastity Lockwood, Darlene Jones, Eddie Smith, all of Brunswick and Tuti Williams of Texas.  Jayson was preceded in death by his grandfather, Brian LeVine, his Nana, Gail Irby, and a brother, Nathan Lockwood.
