John Christopher Pappas, 57, of Brunswick, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023, in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

John was born October 1, 1965, in Aliquippa, PA, to Peter and Dorothy Pappas.  John attended Penn State University, and University of North Florida, he had lived in Brunswick for the past 18 years and was a member of Church of God of Prophecy.  John was a lover of music and animals, and he will be tremendously missed by his many friends.

John is survived by his wife of 4 years, Lisa A. Pappas of Brunswick, his parents, Peter and Dorothy Pappas of Stuart, FL, his stepchildren, Britney Mann (Paxton Edgy) of Brunswick, Justin Mann (Heather) of Ponte Vedra, FL, step-granddaughters, Emerie Edgy and Charlotte Mann, a brother, Michael Pappas (Megan) of Stuart, FL, Deborah Owen (Tim), Ponte Vedra, FL, a nephew, J.J. Pappas, and nieces, Julianne, Kendall, and Lauren Owen.
