Josey 'Joe' Gilbert Frost's Obituary
Josey "Joe" Gilbert Frost, 78, of Brunswick, passed away Tuesday morning at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.
Joe was born April 8, 1943, in Florence, SC, to Allen & DesserRee Huggins Frost. He had lived in Brunswick since the age of 19. Joe, with his late business partner, Terry Ponsell, owned and operated Universal Decorators. He was a bluegrass musician who loved music and enjoyed dancing.
He is survived by his mother, Desser Ree Frost of Tallahassee, FL, his life partner, Jackie Davis, sons, Josey 'Joey' G. Frost, Jr (Princess), and Jody Frost (Cassandra Goodyear), all of Brunswick, his sisters and brothers, Allene Ives of Atlanta, GA, Gary Frost of Chattahoochee, FL, Ray Frost, of Castlewood, VA, Janet Frost Collins (Anderson) and Anne Frost (Parker Grant), both of Tallahassee, FL, his grandchildren, Jessica Frost Smith, William Frost, Jr., and Justin Frost, and great grandchildren, Jackson Frost, Jordan Smith, and Jeb Frost, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services to celebrate Joe's life, will be announced.
