Kenneth Charles Long, Sr.'s Obituary
Kenneth Charles Long, Sr. 68, of Brunswick, passed away Sunday at his residence.
Kenny was born May 19, 1953, in Jacksonville, FL, to George Hack Long and Donna Maxine Port Long. He was a 1969 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, was a veteran of the United States Army, was a member of Alee Shrine of Savannah, and was retired from the Glynn County Police Department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and motorcycle riding.
Survivors include his children, Kenneth Charles Long, Jr. (Kelsey) of Americus, GA, Donna Cox of Chapel Hill, FL, Crystal Walls of Jacksonville, FL, and Allison Long of Darien, GA, and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services, with Military Honors, will be held Thursday, 11:00am, at Chapman Funeral Chapel with Jimmy Zinker and John Eckhoff officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Glynn County Police Department.
