Albie Neesmith,61, of Darien, passed away Sunday, June 16,2024 at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.

Albie was born March 16,1963 to Cora Lee and Kermit Nathan Neesmith in Orlando, Florida. He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

Albie is survived by his wife 'Boo' Selena Neesmith, children, Jessica Smith (Andrew) of North Carolina, Billyjoe 'Buddy' Neesmith (Jada) of Darien, Tyson Neesmith of Brunswick, siblings, Gwen Conners (Charles) of Uvalda, Oneda Drawdy (Tommy) of Darien, Elaine Scott (Tom) of Columbus, Nathan Neesmith of Darien, Tony Neesmith (Jessica) of Soperton, Bobbyjoe Neesmith of Darien, grandchildren, Allyssa 'Mullet Head' Simmons, Aiden Willis Presley 'Punkin' Neesmith, Tyde Neesmith, Bryce Simmons, Paton Sellers, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by on sister, Rachel Ferral, and one brother, Billyjoe Neesmith.
