Obituary

Leslie (Les) Warren DeVille, affectionately known as Pop-Pop; lived a wonderful life. Les was born May 4th 1954 in Cranston, Rhode Island to loving parents, Dewey; Winifred Noyes-DeVille. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida at the age of five, and was raised here with his three siblings.

He was a dedicated employee to the United Parcel Service (UPS) for 40 ½ years and retired in 2016. He was proud of his years coaching, educating and mentoring the youth of the local community with West Duval Youth Association (WDYA). He was passionate about his family and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Les is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey & Winifred DeVille. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 49 years and 10 months: Vickie Drury-DeVille, son: Christopher W. DeVille (Debbie DeVille), son: Benjamin M. DeVille (Elizabeth DeVille), grandchildren: Gracie, Devin, Cheyenne, Benjamin Jr, Blake and Bryce, his siblings: Thomas DeVille (Geraldine DeVille), Judith Fessler (Charles Fessler)
and Janet Rhodes.

Services to celebrate his life will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024, 11:00am, at Chapman Funeral Chapel.
