Linda Marie Krauss Lau of Brunswick, Georgia was born on September 1, 1940 and went home to be with the Lord on June 19, 2021 with her three girls, sister,  and David Sr. by her side.

She is Survived by her Husband, Laurence (Larry) Lau, Daughters, Nancy McCall (Danny), Becky Clark (David), Susan Rowell (David), 8 grand children, 19 great grand children, her Brother, Ronnie Krauss (Sharon), her Sister, Sherry Gainey, Sisters in Law, Betty McCart and June Dodds, and several nieces and nephews. She is Proceeded in death by her parents, Charles Krauss, and Jimmie Lee Green, her Brother Mike Krauss and Great Grandchild Dani Cole McCall.

Linda graduated from Glynn Academy in 1958 and married Larry Lau on August 31, 1958.  They met at the Ritz Theatre in Brunswick, Georgia, where Larry was stationed in the Navy. They enjoyed 62 years of marriage.

One of the family's favorite memories were her famous pancakes she made with her traveling griddle; which was only used for pancakes!

Linda was a faithful member of Glyndale Baptist Church where she loved to participate in Golden Harvest and was an active member in her Sunday School Class. This is also where she met her beloved Delivery Co-pilot, Price McLain, who served as a deacon.

Linda worked at FLETC for several years, and although she started her career later in life, the lifelong friends she made from there were apparent.   For the last few years, she has been the Delivery Co-pilot with Price, for Mystical Gardens Flower Shop as well as the official Taste Tester for Sassy Southern Sweets, owned by her daughters and granddaughter, where she was daily.

She was an adventurous woman who never turned down an escapade, especially on family trips.  Family was more important to her than anything.  She never met a stranger, she left as Granny, Aunt or GiGi to anyone she met. She was a world traveler, her passport was full of stamps from her various adventures. She also loved traveling stateside as well, having visited every state but one! She lived by the Golden Rule, Matthew 7:12 -"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," her table was never full, she always had room for one more.  She will leave a legacy of love, adventure, kindness, devotion to family and faith behind for each of us to carry on for generations to come.

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Linda Lau will be held at Glyndale Baptist Church on June 23, 2021, visitation will begin at 4:00 pm followed by the service at 5:00 pm.
