It is with great sadness that the family of Linda Loper announce her passing on November 16, 2024 at the age of 69.

Linda was born in Putnam, Connecticut to Chester and Lillian Lamothe on July 1, 1955. She attended Killingly High School and moved to Darien, Georgia in 1985 where she raised her four children.

Linda had a green thumb and enjoyed planting various flowers and plants. She also liked crocheting, cooking, and watching the Georgia Bulldogs. However, her greatest passion was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Linda will be missed and remembered by her children, James (Jimmy) Gordon III, Mark Gordon (Melissa), Tracy Francis (Jerroderick), Crystal McCormick; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and sister.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2024, 11:00am at Darien Church of God with Brother Tommy Whaley officiating, the family will be receiving friends one hour prior to service time.
