Lowman "Woody" Woodrow Beville, Jr., 71, of Brunswick, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.

Funeral services will be announced.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Chapman Funeral Chapel, Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 5:00 until 6:00pm.  Funeral services will be held from the gravesite at High Springs Cemetery in High Springs, FL with Billy Courson, Wendell Moore, Brandon Godwin, Eric Pensyl, Joey Courson, and Matthew Westcott, serving as active pallbearers.

Woody was born September 2, 1953, in High Springs, Florida, to Lowman Woodrow Beville, Sr., and Betty Ryals Beville.  He graduated from the University of Florida, earning a degree in Journalism, and was a member of High Springs Methodist Church.  Woody moved to Brunswick in 1985 and was a salesman for several automobile companies including Endicott Cadillac & Buick, Newcastle Auto Sales, Jack Nelson Ford, and Alpha Motors.  He was a certified scuba diver and enjoyed watching Florida Gator Football, loved being with his family, friends, his dog Dixie, and partaking in a few cocktails.

Woody is survived by his wife of 28 years, Teresa Dianne Beville, children; Amanda Godwin and Brandon Godwin, and grandchildren; Eric, Kayla, and Cadence.
