Marilyn Davis Taylor, 68, of Darien, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025, at Hospice of the Golden Isles.

Marilyn was born in Savannah, GA on August 16, 1957.  She had lived in Savannah for quite a while, prior to moving to Clearmont, Florida, then to Darien, where she had lived for the past 9 years.  She was retired from Rich Products, and was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Savannah, where she sang in the choir.  She had a great love for gospel music and singing at church.

Marilyn is survived by her husband of 29 years, Kenny Taylor of Darien, children; Greg Taylor (Lori) of Tifton, GA, Alicia Gibbs (Travas) of Naylor, GA, grandchildren, Hailey Frye (T.J.), Jenna Taylor, Joshua Taylor, Jackson Gibbs, and Eli Gibbs, great grandchildren, Ashton, Khamryn, and Brooklyn Frye, a brother, John Loomis (Lynn) of Guyton, GA, and a sister, Donna Siebert (Freddie) of Savannah.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Frieda Collins.
