Michael Eugene Burch, Sr., 68, of Warm Springs, GA, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025, in Odum, GA.

A visitation for family and friends will be held, Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm, at Chapman Funeral Chapel.  A service to celebrate his life will be held Friday, May 23, 2025, 10:00 am, at Chapman Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Justin Long officiating.

Michael was born November 16, 1956, in Jesup, GA to Hollis Burch, Sr., and Frances Knight Burch.  Michael attended Glynn Academy and was retired from Georgia Pacific.  He was a member of Ocean Lodge 717 F & AM, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, and watching Georgia Bulldog Football.

Survivors include his children; Candi Ogden and Michael Burch, Jr., both of Brunswick, a sister, Linda Burch Greever, and a brother, Freddy S. Burch, both of Cumming, GA, grandchildren; Hunter Ogden (Lexie Chewning), Fisher Ogden (Mackenzie Dixon), Makayla Burch, and Ambria Holland, great grandchildren; Everett James Ogden, niece; Michelle Neely (Don), nephews; Matthew Huff (Kristi), and Jason Burch, great nieces; Lauren Huff, Savanna Huff, great nephews; Jeremy Burch (Angel), Jacob Burch, Connor Neely (Erin), Kyle Neely, Mason Huff, and four cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; Chief O. E., Ora Lee Burch, D.D. and Sarah Frances Knight, brother; Hollis Burch, Jr and a nephew; Joshua Burch.
