Patricia Marie Polanka, 66, of San Diego, CA, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024, while visiting from California for the holidays.

Patricia was born November 27, 1958, in Chicago, IL, to Whitey and Betty King Polanka.  Patricia was a great baker, she enjoyed jewelry making and working with metal and glass.  She also enjoyed Art History and had written a book on the History of Murals.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Jose Alba, her mother, Betty King, a daughter, Fran Austin and her husband, Sean, of Brunswick, grandchildren, Noah and Tristan Austin, siblings, George, James and Denise and her husband, Christian, and 1 nephew and 2 nieces, Ignacio, Josefina, and Sofia.

A private service will be held at a later date.
