Patrick Jeremy Wells, 31, of Brunswick, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Southeast Georgia Health System.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2024, 11:00am, at Marshes of Glynn Baptist Church with Rev. Darrell Joyner officiating.  Burial will follow at Chapel Park Cemetery with Glen Brewton, Clay Brewton, Derek Bland, Lee Bland, Stewart Bland, and Timothy Bland serving as active pallbearers.

Patrick was born May 10, 1993, in Brunswick, to Patrick Jay Wells and Cassandra Hatcher.  He lived in Brunswick all of his life, graduating with Honors, from Brunswick High School in 2011.  Patrick enjoyed collecting Model Cars, knives, swords, and Georgia Bulldog memorabilia.  He was a good storyteller and was an avid video game player.

Patrick is survived by his parents, Patrick Jay Wells, and Cassandra Hatcher (Jody Frost),step-mother, Kim Chancey, a sister, Ali Wells, uncles & aunts, Terry Wells (Kari), Kay Flynt (David), Gloria Wells, and Marty Hatcher (Amy), grandmother, Joy Crider, sister-in-law, Amanda Ricks, nephews, Cooper and Jett Ricks, and numerous cousins, and his life long care givers, Ken Ellison, Chris Moye, Chad Goodyear, and Angel McDaniel, and his beloved canine companion, Lilly.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Billy and Bessie Wells, Mac Hatcher, and Myron Crider, a brother, Travis Ricks, and uncles, David Hatcher and Mike Joel Wells.
