Randolph C. Knapp, born July 20, 1949 went to be with the Lord on October 16, 2024 in Brunswick, Georgia. He was the husband of Christine Knapp.  They shared nearly 3 years of marriage together.

Randy was born in Newark, NY, the son of Wilma and Herman Knapp. He graduated from Newark High School and served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany.

He has held a number of sales and management positions in retail establishments throughout his career. After his retirement, he worked part-time recently at Academy Sports. Randy loved being a mentor to many of the young employees there.

He belonged to and served in the Rotary international for most of his work life. His membership, service and church family at Community Church were highly valued by him.

He will be remembered for his humble spirit, growing faith, his thirst for God's Word and his love of sports car racing, golf and his wife Kris.

He is survived by his wife Christine, daughter Pamela Ann Lobell (Jeff), Kansas, his brother Keith Knapp (Anne), Newark, NY, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson and numerous cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents Wilma and Herman Knapp and his brother Bruce Knapp, Florida.

Funeral arrangements are provided by Chapman Funeral Chapel, Brunswick, GA.  A memorial service will be held at Community Church, Brunswick Campus on Wednesday, October 23,2024 at 3:00pm.   Visitation will be prior to the service at 2:00pm
