Ray Daniel Cason, Sr. 83, of Brunswick, passed away January 17, 2026, at his residence.

Ray was born in Blackshear, GA, June 9, 1937, to Monroe Hancil Cason and Leola Pearl McCarthy Cason.  He had lived all of his adult life in Brunswick and was a member of The Pentecostals of Brunswick.  He retired from Seaboard Construction Company after 55years of service and enjoyed Hunting and Fishing.

Survivors include his children, Mike Cason (Angela) of Russellville, AL, Ray Cason, Jr. (Heather), James Cason, Randall Cason, all of Brunswick, siblings; Margie Carroll of Brunswick, Vyna Mumford of Hardeeville, SC, grandchildren; Caroline Carbonaro, Spencer Cason, Jessica Hall, and Hall, great grandchildren; Charlotte, Maleah, Joshua, Isiah, Esmerelda, Skylar, Safira, Casey,  Stetson, and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Cason, siblings, Leonard Cason, Johnnie Cason, Larry Cason, and Donnie Mae Corbett.
