Richmond 'Lance' Nazzrie, 53, of Brunswick, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023, at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.

Lance was born May 9, 1969, in Decatur, GA to Randy and Beth Nazzrie.  He had lived all of his life in Brunswick and was a 1987 graduate of Brunswick High School.  Lance was an electrician with A & B Electric, was an avid reader, and enjoyed fishing and working on motorcycles.

Lance is survived by his longtime partner, Julie Wiseman, mother, Beth Nazzrie, daughter, Destiny Nazzrie and her mother, Nancy Anderson, daughter, Shyann Burroughs, and her husband, David, granddaughters, Isabella & Olivia, and a brother, Jeremy Nazzrie.  Lance was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Randolph "Randy" Nazzrie.

A gathering to celebrate Lance's life, will be held at Chapman Funeral Chapel, Friday, February 17, 2023, from 5:00 until 6:00pm with burial to be held Thursday, February 23, 2023, 10:00am in Palmetto Cemetery.  Bobby Soles, Jason Pickren, Chris Meders, Daniel Roberson will serve as active pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be Emily White and employees of A & B Electric, Lance's motorcycle riding buddies, and his much-loved cousins.
