Roger "Hoss" Farmer, born April 12, 1973, passed away Feb. 14, 2021.

Hoss graduated from Brunswick High School with the Class of 1991. Hoss then taught himself to master setting tile, doing HVAC, and many other trades. Everyone who knew Hoss loved him. He was a socialite with a good sense of humor and always shared a laugh; he enjoyed making others feel good about themselves.

The biggest passions in his heart were his love for Jesus, his mom, his family and his son, "the apple of his eye."

Hoss is predeceased by his father, R.L. Farmer; and his grandparents, Dub and Bertha Reeves and Roger and Louise Farmer.

He is survived by his mother, Edith Farmer; his son, Greyson Farmer; and daughter, Addison Kennedy.

Hoss came from a large family. Also surviving are his three uncles, Bill Reeves, Van Farmer and Jeff Farmer; his seven aunts, Barbara Spannuth, Brenda Reeves, Dubbie Kehle, Donna Holmes, Debbie Brame, Terry and Angie; and many cousins.

The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at Remnant Church, 4429 New Jesup Highway, Brunswick, Ga., followed by a service at 11 a.m.
