Ronnie Myra Hickox, 81, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.  Ronnie, born in Brunswick on October 24, 1939, and was a lifelong resident.

Ronnie earned her General Educational Development certificate, and attended some nursing college locally.  She worked for years as a waitress and in retail at Kress in downtown Brunswick.  She was a Baptist by faith, and attended Way of The Cross Baptist Church.

Ronnie was a people person with a kind spirit. She enjoyed talking with others and spending time with her family. Like her parents Clifford and Lucille Sumner, Ronnie was also preceded in death by her loving husband Hershel Harry Hickox; sons, Clifford Dixon and Harry Hickox, and daughters, Rose Creekmore and Tammy Crews.

She is survived by her daughters Myra Eades, who was also her caretaker, and Pam Lipnick, sister, Inez Littleton, of Brunswick; grandchildren, Brandon Dowling, William Eades, Jacob Eades, Brooke Eades, Candy Bennett, Dana Herring, Tonya Beasley, Floyd Crews, Matthew Crews, Jessica Sallas, and Casey Crews, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and other loved ones.

A visitation will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 3:00 PM -5:00PM, in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Chapel.
