Rosa Elisa Allen, 49, of Brunswick passed away November 29,2021 at her residence.

Rosa was born February 11,1972 to Virginia Torres and Jose Feliciano, in Youngstown, Ohio. She served her country proudly in the United States Navy, and later became an accountant for Hatch Chile Company while also working part time at Heritage Oak Golf Club. Coming from Florida, Rosa was a resident of Glynn County for the past seven years. Rosa was a Christian by faith and attended Northland Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting with her Cricket machine, as well as golfing, and reading Nicholas Sparks novels.

Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Veronica Allen, Richard Michael Allen Jr., four brothers, Steve Feliciano, Jose Feliciano, Mario Feliciano, Raul Feliciano, three sisters, Dolores Feliciano, Yolanda Feliciano, Ada Waller (Jim), three grandchildren, Lilli Hefflefinger, Isabella Linares, Annabel Linares, and soon to be baby Nora Rose Elisa Leigh.

Visitation will be Monday, December 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM, with a memorial service following at 11, at Chapman Funeral Chapel.

Chapman Funeral Chapel & Crematory will be handling the arrangements.
