Steven Arthur Williams, 80, of Brunswick passed away February 19, 2026 at his residence.

Private services with military honors will be held at a later date.

Stephen was born March 14, 1945, in Savannah, GA to Horace Bernard and Mary Aleen Beach Williams.  He had lived in Brunswick for the past 50 years and was retired from Georgia Pacific as a Raymond operator in the gypsum division.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and a member of American Legion Post 9, and Knights of Columbus.  He enjoyed woodworking, making wooden clocks and beaded ornaments.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Carol Williams of Brunswick, a son, Stephen J 'Joe' Williams (Melissa) of McIntosh County, grandchildren, Austen, Christian, and Lindsey Williams.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Deanna and a brother, Douglas.
