Thelma Lynn Adams, 62, of Waverly, passed away December 6, 2024, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 13, 2024, 2:00pm, at Chapman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Richard Yarbrough officiating.  Entombment will follow in the Ella Park Cemetery in Waverly with Michael Adams, Larry Adams, Robert Howland, Aiden Mobley, Amiel Montemurro, and Louis Harrison serving as active pallbearers.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.

Lynn was born July 16, 1962, in Douglas, GA, and had been a resident of Waverly for the past 33 years.  Lynn was the owner of Lynn Adams Home Improvements.  She enjoyed going to the beach, working with flowers, gardening, and her Boston Terriers.

Survivors include her children, Richard Yarbrough (Denise) of Jacksonville, Michael David Adams (Haley) of Waverly, Deanna Adamson (Michael) of Jacksonville, Kasey Cooper (Trevor) of Corpus Cristi, TX, Sandra Lynn McQuaig (Bobby) of Waverly, siblings, Jerry Harper of High Springs, FL, Jimmy Dodge (Kelly) of Milton, FL, and Nancy Durrence of Odum, GA, grandchilden, Garrett Adamson (Danielle), Sierra Gibson (Caleb), Haili Conner (Zachary), Deven Yarbrough (Ruby), Dane Yarbrough (Robyn), Aiden Yarbrough (Bianca), Brianna Hazlewood, Amara Hazlewood, Ivy Cooper, Madeline Smith, Lily Adams, Miley Adams, Jaxon McQuaig, Swayze McQuaig, Lyla McQuaig, and Lainey McQuaig, 12 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald H. Russ and Colean Harper, her husband, Jerome Jesse Adams, a son, Robert Scott Yarbrough, and a brother, Jerry Harper.
